Legal Services
Immigration Legal Services – Immigration Legal Services works with cases that range from consultations to full representation. The program has represented individuals from more than 135 countries who needed legal assistance with an immigration matter. The program also trains lawyers to provide pro bono services and educates community groups on the latest immigration issues.
Catholic Charities Legal Network – Catholic Charities Legal Network places eligible, non-fee-generating, civil law cases with volunteer attorneys on a pro bono basis. In addition to day- to-day operations, CCLN staff plans to conduct several free community education seminars each year, on topics such as family law, consumer debt, employment disputes, wills/probate, and advance directive matters.
